We are excited to introduce to you the only golf and tennis resort in Tampa, Florida! Emerald Greens Condo Resort is a boutique resort featuring 50 condo suites. In addition to the onsite Carrollwood Country Club (as shown above), we have set up discounted greens fees at some of the best golf courses the Tampa area has to offer. Some of these include TPC Tampa Bay, Southern Hills Plantation, Lake Jovita Golf & Country Club, World Woods Golf Club, Black Diamond Ranch and many more!

Each of our suites is approximately 1,100 square feet in size and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They also come with a full kitchen, private screened-in balcony, separate living and dining areas, 3 flat screen televisions, memory foam bedding and free high speed internet! All guests of the resort have full access to enjoy the amenities of Carrollwood Country Club. This includes 27 holes of championship golf, 8 tennis courts, a junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, state of the art fitness center and first class dining. The Carrollwood Community is also perfectly set up for enjoyable exercise as it has an excellent jogging and biking area that encircles the 27-hole golf course. Our Concierge staff will be happy to go grocery shopping for you prior to your arrival. Just send us your list and we'll take care of the rest!
